Returns / Exchanges

Product Returns and Exchanges will be authorized for all mis-shipments and faulty product by calling 877.563.5151 or emailing service@petzenproducts.com. No products will be accepted without prior authorization and the return authorization must be clearly posted on the packages.

If a return authorization is granted for reasons other than mis-shipment or faulty product it must be done within 30 days after delivery, PetZen™ will charge a 15% re-stocking fee provided that the product is immediately ready for re-shipping (i.e. must have original packaging intact and is free of any store markings or stickers).
