Shipping / Handling

We offer standard shipping and handling for your PetZenProducts.com purchases. Our shipping and handling charge includes the cost of preparing your shipment, handling and packaging the products you have purchased, and delivering them to you and/or the recipient you designate. Delivery charge is required for each delivery address.

Standard Shipping
All products will be shipped via UPS Ground Service from Utah unless otherwise specified. Estimated arrival of your product is 7-10 days from placement of order.

All orders submitted before 3 pm MST will be processed for shipment by the end of the following business day.

Backorder Shipping & Handling
You will not be charged for your backordered items until they are shipped to you. Shipping and handling for all of your items, backordered and in-stock, is calculated and charged with your initial purchase. There is no additional shipping charge for backordered items.

All backordered items will be sent via standard shipping.
