The risk of loss and title for all merchandise ordered on this Web site pass to you when the merchandise is delivered to the shipping carrier. PetZen™ Products, LLC charges sales tax for merchandise ordered on this Web site based on the applicable state sales tax rate and the location to which the order is being shipped. Warranties Our Guarantee PetZen™ Products, LLC guarantees all of our products against defects in manufacturing, material and craftsmanship for 90-days from date of purchase. If you experience any problems with our product, please return it to the original place of purchase. If you are unable to return an item you may contact PetZen™ Products, LLC directly at 877-563-5151 for prompt repair or replacement at our discretion. All products must be returned in good condition and with all manuals, parts and accessories. PetZen™ Products, LLC will not be responsible for any claims or liability beyond the scope of Our Guarantee, and no other warranties, expressed or implied are made. USER ASSUMES ALL RESPONSIBILITY FOR THE PROPER USE OF PRODUCTS.
Return Policy
You may purchase merchandise from this Web site by using any one of the payment options listed in (link to Payment Options). PetZen™ Products, LLC reserves the right to change its payment procedures at any time without prior notice to you. Product Returns will be authorized for miss shipments and faulty product by calling 1-877-563-5151 or emailing service@petzenproducts.com. NO PRODUCTS WILL BE ACCEPTED WITHOUT PRIOR AUTHORIZATION and the return authorization must be clearly posted on the packages. If a return authorization is granted for reasons other than miss-shipment or faulty product it must be done within 14 days after delivery, PetZen™ Products, LLC will charge a 15% re-stocking fee provided that the product is immediately ready for re-shipping (i.e. must have original packaging intact and is free of any store markings or stickers).
